Repository

A repository is a central location from which software or packages can be downloaded over the internet. Typically, system updates, new software installations, or security patches are obtained from these repositories.

These repositories contain: Software packages, Required dependencies, Signing (GPG) information.

This screen is designed to manage the software repositories to be used in the system. Below, the components of the screen and usage details are explained.

Repository

It is used to add a new software repository or edit an existing one.

Fields: Name: A nickname for the repository. For example: Profelis_SambaBOX Address: The connection address of the repository. For example: https://sambabox.profelis.com.tr/sambabox_repo/ Enabled: Will the repository be actively used in the system? It can be set to On or Off. GPG Check: Indicates whether the repository content will be verified with a GPG key. GPG Key: The URL address of the GPG key to be used for verification. Auto Refresh: Should the repository information be automatically refreshed by the system?
